The Friends of Horseshoe Bend Animals holds several fundraisers a year. These fundraisers, along with individual donations, allow us to continue with our work of spay/neuter for the dogs and cats of Horseshoe Bend.

Calendar
We are starting a new fundraising idea. A calendar that showcases various animals from the Horseshoe Bend Animal Wellness Center. Businesses will be able to purchase advertising space and the calendar will be distributed. Hopefully you will be delighted to sponsor the calendar.
Bass Tournament
On April 19th, 2026, we had our 35th annual Bass Tournament. We are happy to say was $3,499 was raised. These funds go towards providing vetting needs for the animals at the City of Horseshoe Bend Animal Wellness Center and allows them to offer low cost spay/neuter vouchers for residents of Izard, Sharp & Fulton counties.
Harvest Bake Sale and Bazaar
Our Harvest Bake Sale and Bazaar, a major fundraiser for the group, was started in 2014, and we hope to watch it grow bigger and better each year. With a silent auction, craft sale, bake sale and our year-end quilt raffle, it offers something for everyone!
